WELCOME to the Neighborhood Network at Pinehills. This website is brought to you by the Neighborhood Steering Committee at Pinehills, Inc. (NSCP) an independent group made up of homeowner’s associations and condominium associations in The Pinehills. NSCP was established in March 2021 as a 501(c)(4) not-for-profit organization to facilitate improved communication between its member associations. From now on we will speak of The Neighborhood Network and the Neighborhood Steering Committee as one and the same organization, because they are.

Our Neighborhoods

Pinehills is a large and diverse collection of eight homeowners associations, 11 condominium associations, four apartment complexes, and one assisted living facility. To see a list of these entities and a listing of streets and neighborhoods click the More Info link below.

The Neighborhood Network at Pinehills (NNPH) is the public face of The Neighborhood Steering Committee at Pinehills, Inc. (NSCPH). NSCPH is a non-profit community organization incorporated per IRS 501 (C)(4). The NNPH and NSCPH are one and the same organization and is not affiliated with Pinehills, LLC or The Pinehills Land Owners Association (PHLOA). Although NNPH/NSCPH communicate with Pinehills, LLC and PHLOA management, there is no legal or business relationship between the parties.
