The Neighborhood Network at Pinehills

About

THE MISSION of the Pinehills Neighborhood Steering Committee is (1) to share information and experiences on issues that are important to the successful and efficient operation of each neighborhood association such as, but not limited to, trash collection, landscaping, snow plowing, insurance, and broad governing issues, and (2) to advocate for Pinehills residents in their interactions with the developer (Pinehills LLC), builders, contractors, the Town of Plymouth, and others that we may come in contact with. The Neighborhood Network was established to provide a mechanism for the Neighborhood Steering Committee to communicate with Pinehills residents. We hope this website will provide a way for The Pinehills residents to appreciate the important issues that we are facing as a community and understand that there is someone paying attention and working to resolve them. Your feedback is always welcome.

MEMBERSHIP in the Neighborhood Steering Committee is open to any Pinehills district association (General District and Master District), homeowner’s association, or condominium association in The Pinehills. Each member association can appoint two representatives, one voting representative and one alternate, to serve on the Board of Directors. Voting members pay an annual dues to NSCP based on the number of units in each association. Non-voting members do not pay dues and do not vote but can participate in the monthly meetings. The Pinehills Neighborhood Steering Committee conducts regular monthly meetings to discuss on-going issues and initiatives.
